 I moved to America a few years back for a very special lady. Longing for the classic flavours and tastes of home, I ditched the corporate life, and launched Jolly Posh Foods.

The company was born after my personal longing for the traditional taste of hearty, butchers-style sausages, and the lean, unique flavour of dry-cured back bacon.

My range of bangers, bacon and puddings reflect my heritage, and are lovingly and locally made in America to my time-honoured, traditional recipes.

 

I started out by selling in local Chicago Farmers Markets and have grown Jolly Posh into a quintessential British food business with national distribution across the U.S.A.

Traditional Pork Bangers

Our best-selling Traditional Pork Bangers are a quintessential classic. Made with prime cuts of succulent pork, these fabulous sausages are smashingly seasoned with a delicate balance of white pepper, nutmeg and ginger.

Each pack contains five hearty, butcher’s style sausages, lovingly made to my time-honoured, traditional recipe. Our Traditional Pork Bangers are perfect for a proper breakfast, make a delicious Bangers & Mash, and are ideal with crisp Yorkshire Pudding as a superb Toad-in-the-Hole.

Our bangers are easy to cook, and pop in the pan and sizzle on the grill… until plump, juicy and bursting with flavour.

Back Bacon

Our back-bacon is hand-trimmed, hand-rubbed and dry-cured to my authentic British recipe. Our speciality bacon is called “back-bacon” because it is made with pork loin, and is much leaner than American bacon which is typically made from pork belly.

Each 8 oz pack contains approximately 6-8 slices (“rashers”) of back-bacon. Our back-bacon is fabulous as part of a traditional Full English breakfast, makes an amazing B.L.T, and is a brilliant ingredient in quiche, spaghetti carbonara and soups.

Our back-bacon is easy to cook, and sizzles in a little oil for 3-4 minutes on each side in the pan. It has a delicious  meaty texture and is not smoked.

Black Pudding

Our finest quality Black Pudding (Blood Sausage) is rich, juicy and delicious. Worthy of the highest merit, our Black Pudding is lovingly made to my traditional recipe using our artisan methods, and is perfectly seasoned with onions, mace, white pepper and salt.

Each Pudding is in an individual 12oz tube, yielding 10-12 portions. Traditionally eaten as part of a Full English Breakfast, our Black Pudding is also brilliant in inventive Chef-inspired dishes for both lunch and dinner.

Our Black Pudding is easy to cook, and sizzles for 3-4 minutes on each side in a pan.
