I moved to America a few years back for a very special lady. Longing for the classic flavours and tastes of home, I ditched the corporate life, and launched Jolly Posh Foods.

The company was born after my personal longing for the traditional taste of hearty, butchers-style sausages, and the lean, unique flavour of dry-cured back bacon.

My range of bangers, bacon and puddings reflect my heritage, and are lovingly and locally made in America to my time-honoured, traditional recipes.

I started out by selling in local Chicago Farmers Markets and have grown Jolly Posh into a quintessential British food business with national distribution across the U.S.A.
