My adventure began back in 2007 when I moved to America for a very special lady, now my wife. Longing for the classic flavours and tastes of home, I ditched the corporate life and started making my own traditional British sausages, bacon, black pudding and white pudding. These I sell at Chicago Farmer’s Markets, special events and to local retailers in and around Chicago.

The company was born after my personal longing for the traditional taste of hearty, butchers-style sausages, and the lean, unique flavour of dry-cured back bacon. My authentic range of bangers, bacon and puddings reflect my heritage, and are lovingly and locally made in America to my time-honoured, traditional recipes.
