How do I cook the back-bacon?

Our back-bacon is delicious pan-fried, baked in the oven, or grilled. To fry, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan to a medium heat. Add the bacon rashers and cook thoroughly to desired crispness. Turn once or twice during cooking. For best results, resist the urge to make this bacon as crispy as you would a typical American bacon.

How do I cook the bangers?

Our sausages are delicious pan-fried, baked in the oven, or grilled. To fry, pre-heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan to medium heat, and gently cook for 12-15 minutes, turning often until a crisp, golden brown. Bangers are thoroughly cooked when centers are no longer pink and the internal temperature reaches 165F. High heat may split natural casings. For best results, do not pierce casings during cooking.

What should I do for storage?

To ensure quality, refrigerate and prepare our products within 2 days. For home freezing, freeze on the day of arrival/purchase and consume within three months. Defrost thoroughly before use, and once defrosted, consume within 24 hours.
